A good profile photo is mostly a matter of time and comfort. We give each person a few minutes, talk while we shoot, and keep the setup simple so nobody has to perform. The result reads as approachable rather than staged.
Everyone is photographed in the same light and against the same background, so the team page looks like one team, also when someone joins later. We keep the setup on file and match new colleagues to it.

- How long does one profile photo take?
- Five to ten minutes per person is enough, including a moment to settle in and a couple of variations to choose from.
- What should we wear?
- Whatever you would wear to meet a client. Plain colours work best; we send a short guideline before the day.
