Good to know
- Do we need a food stylist?
- Not always. For most venues the kitchen plates and we direct on the pass. For campaign work we bring a stylist.
- How many dishes fit in one day?
- Roughly fifteen to twenty-five plated dishes, plus the room and drinks, depending on kitchen speed.
